I've got a burning passion for VR! Some might describe me as a "VR enthusiast." A job in this sector would be a dream come true. 20 years old and bursting with energy. Belgium is where I was born and raised. I am currently enrolled at Thomas More University in Mechelen. My interests are diverse, but they can be traced back to VR, photography and videography. It enables me to be creative and express myself in new ways. After all, I've got a great eye for composition and framing. Months of warehouse experience at various companies and a life-changing study exchange in Finland during the first half of 2022 made me more self-sufficient than I've ever been. I've taught English to young students from Cambodia's most remote areas at five different schools! On top of that I also received my youth worked government certificate. Lastly, I couldn't enjoy my weekend if I didn't go to my youth movement on Fridays.

At first glance this image doesn't look that special. It is just me sitting next to some posters on campus. But these are no normal posters, if you look closer you quickly realise that these are actually my previous assignment. Not only did I add my own 3D Instagram post I included the one from Bram, my classmate, to make it unique and look more diverse.
Details
This image combines elements from nature and the background colour in my post. The stairs in the image and post lay parallel to each other yet they don't connect. This symbolises that there is always a solution inbetween.
The 3D effect is created in Photoshop with the use of tools and the careful selection of pixels.
In this work you see some of the products that are made by the VALVe company. No this is not paid advertising but rather an appreciation of their work. The goal was to select a company that interests me for whom I would create these small advertising posts. I made sure to use the correct colours of the company and gave it the same vibe and look as their own advertisements.
